English Teacher | South-East London

English teacher required for academy in South East London ideally to start during the summer term on a temp to perm basis.

Please also apply if you are an ECT looking for your induction year from September or an experienced teacher looking for your next career move, as there will be a permanent post available for the new academic year.

Long term post which should be permanent by the end of the academic year. We are looking for an English teacher with previous experience teaching the full age and ability range up to Key Stage 5.

The ideal candidate will be UK trained with an English related degree. You should have a steady work history showing commitment to the schools you have taught in previously and be confident in your ability to manage a classroom.

Whilst behaviour at the academy is generally good we need a classroom practitioner with strong presence and a good career record in managing challenging pupils.
