The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (placements considered for ECTs)
- Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Strong literacy and numeracy teaching skills
- High expectations of behaviour and achievement
- Excellent classroom management
- A creative and engaging teaching style
- A commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a successful team
