Exam Invigilators – Secondary School (Lambeth) – May to June

We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support a well-regarded secondary school in Lambeth during the upcoming exam period (May–June).

This is a flexible role with a mix of regular and ad hoc sessions, including morning, afternoon, and full-day shifts. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for part-time, flexible work in an education setting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising students during examinations in accordance with exam board regulations
• Distributing and collecting exam papers
• Ensuring a calm and controlled exam environment
• Assisting with seating arrangements and exam room setup
• Monitoring student behaviour and reporting any irregularities
• Supporting the exams officer with administrative tasks where required

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and vigilant for extended periods
• Previous invigilation or school-based experience desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
