Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Support students of all abilities to achieve strong academic outcomes
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and classroom standards
• Contribute positively to the humanities department and wider school community
• Fully participate in the school’s ECT induction programme
Requirements
• Geography or Geography-related degree (2:1 or above preferred)
• Currently completing PGCE, SCITT, or equivalent teacher training
• Strong subject knowledge at KS3 and KS4
• Motivated, ambitious, and committed to professional development
• Flexible team player with good classroom management skills
