SEN Teacher – Primary Provision (KS2) – Special School – South West London – September Start

We are working with a highly regarded special school in South West London seeking an SEN Teacher to join their primary provision from September.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-resourced, forward-thinking setting supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties in a structured and nurturing environment.

The Role:

• Full-time SEN Teacher within a KS2 vertical class
• Planning and delivering tailored, engaging lessons to meet a range of complex needs
• Leading and coordinating a team of experienced Teaching Assistants
• Creating a calm, supportive classroom environment focused on progress and independence
• Working closely with therapists, support staff, and senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience working with pupils with SEN (SLD experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong classroom management and ability to adapt teaching to individual needs
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Experience in either mainstream or specialist settings considered
