The Outreach Family Support Role
- Support children and families through universal and targeted early years services.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, offering advice, guidance and signposting.
- Manage a caseload of families, carrying out assessments and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with health professionals and other agencies to ensure families receive the right support.
- Promote children’s learning, wellbeing and school readiness through engaging activities and home learning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children and families in an early years or family support setting.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and supporting families.
