Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

This is a hands-on Early Years role where you will spend time engaging directly with children, helping them to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The successful candidate will:

• Act as a Key Person for a group of children
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Support learning through play and exploration
• Observe, assess and plan in line with the EYFS Framework
• Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning opportunities
• Support children’s personal, social and emotional development
• Contribute to a positive and reflective team culture
• Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient and positive approach
• The ability to build secure relationships with children and families

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
